Where is your office located?
Our office in the western part of Raleigh (on Hillsborough Street) serves customers in Raleigh. If you are located outside the city of Raleigh, we have two other offices to better serve you, located in Smithfield and Wilmington, North Carolina.
Are your pest-control products safe for kids and pets?
Please be aware that all chemicals have some degree of risk associated with them and if any pest-control company tells you otherwise, they are glossing over the facts. However, we do strive to bring you the safest and most environmentally friendly products available that are effective at ridding your home or business of pests while being gentle to children and pets in the area.
Will preventive measures help control pests?
If your crawl space is airtight, critters don’t move in. If there isn’t any moisture in the attic, most pests will stay away. Our pest-control measures include Integrated Pest-Management practices (IPM), which are solid preventative practices that barricade your home with multiple protective measures and practices. The great news is these practices usually result in being able to control pests with milder, more environmentally friendly products and fewer applications.
